@ADAlthousePhD @gushamilton @statsepi Even if people hadn’t cheated, their allocation system just doesn’t work. They generated randomisation lists stratified by region but then placed stacks of sealed envelopes *in each ambulance*. Best case scenario, this is stratified by ambulance (presumably lots of strata).
