Dear @Tesco I used scan & go today. Got to the checkout had to wait for a member of staff. Thinking because I had wine I’m like ok that’s fine…..No….member of staff came and started scanning my shopping 33 items from my 66. Then asked if I’d scanned everything 😡 Why?

I can’t quite believe I’m saying this… but this is all my real hair. A year ago it was thin, breaking, and completely reliant on extensions. I wouldn’t go anywhere without them… not even my wedding, which probably says everything. At some point I remember thinking… what is this actually doing to my hair long term? So I stripped everything back and started again. I don’t have loads of “before” photos because I was so self-conscious of how bad it had got!! @LisaForteUK If you are in the UK, you can access it under the freedom of information act. Every hospital has the department. You might have to send them a letter, but you have the right to it.
