David Kustoff

A proud Jewish Republican and longtime friend of the RJC, @RepDavidKustoff has been the most senior member of the GOP’s Jewish delegation in Congress since 2023. As a senior member of the House Ways and Means committee, he has been a tremendously successful advocate for issues that matter deeply to the Jewish community and his constituents in Tennessee. Since entering Congress in 2017, Rep. Kustoff has played a leading role in pushing back against the antisemitic BDS movement and has always spoken out forcefully in strong support of Israel. Last year, Speaker Johnson tapped Rep. Kustoff to serve as Chairman of the previously dormant House-Knesset Parliamentary Friendship Group. And since the 10/7/23 Hamas attacks, Rep. Kustoff has been pushing hard for legislation to revoke the tax-exempt status of any non-profit organization that provides material support to terrorist groups.

American taxpayers work hard for their money. They shouldn't have to foot the bill for criminal aliens cheating the system. The Deporting Fraudsters Act closes the loopholes and makes fraud a deportable offense. I will proudly be voting YES on the Deporting Fraudsters Act.

Last night was an inspiring evening at Chester County’s Reagan Day Dinner. I am proud of the coalition of conservatives that Tennesseans have elected to represent them across the state. Thank you, Chad Cherry, for your leadership growing our Republican Party and fighting for conservative values! 🇺🇸

Today I spoke at the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We focused on issues surrounding American healthcare, and touched on a variety of tough legislative issues facing this Congress. I appreciate the opportunity to speak to you all, and thank you to Josh Brown for having me.

I enjoyed talking about issues that affect everyday Americans, and especially the people of TN-08, at the Gibson County Republican Party monthly meeting! I appreciate Chairman Bob Moore for inviting me to address this group!

American elections are for American citizens. I was proud to vote in favor of the SAVE America Act, which mandates voter ID for federal elections, requires proof of citizenship to register, and ensures states clean up their voter rolls. These are common-sense reforms that the American people overwhelmingly support.

I voted for the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act because women fought for generations to earn fair competition under Title IX. I won’t let the Radical Left undo that progress. In Congress, I’ll keep fighting to ensure women’s sports remain for women.

The partial government shutdown falls squarely on Senate Democrats, who refused to support a bill funding homeland security while demanding enforcement restrictions. This isn't new. Americans are left wondering why Washington can't get the basics right. The real issue goes beyond ICE funding. Democrats are risking prolonged disruption to critical services that millions of Americans depend on every day.

Winter weather is on the way. Take time today to prepare: stock up on essentials, have backup power ready, and avoid unnecessary travel this weekend. Our emergency crews are prepared to respond. Let's all do our part to stay safe.

On Celebration of Life Day, we recognize that every life has value and purpose. I'm proud to be pro-life and to stand with those who defend the most vulnerable among us. Every child deserves the chance to live and reach their God-given potential.

Proud to earn an A+ from Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America! While radical Democrats push for abortion on demand, I stand firmly for life. I will always vote to protect the unborn and support policies that defend our most fundamental values. Life is precious. Life is sacred. And I'll never back down from this fight.

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we honor a man who changed America through courage, faith, and an unwavering belief in justice. Dr. King's legacy reminds us that leadership means standing for what's right, even when it's difficult. Proud to honor his memory today.

$250 MILLION stolen from child nutrition programs. That's not a mistake, that's a system failure. The Minnesota scheme proves Washington needs serious reform. I'm fighting to cut waste, fraud, and abuse across federal spending. Every wasted dollar is a dollar taken from hardworking Tennesseans. Time to bring Tennessee values to Washington: accountability, efficiency, and zero tolerance for corruption. Let's make government work again.

Our officers - from local police to Border Patrol - deserve our full support. I'll keep fighting to ensure law enforcement has the resources and tools they need to keep our communities safe.

Public safety in Memphis is a priority. I'm proud to support the Memphis Safe Task Force's work to reduce crime and protect families. Law enforcement deserves our full backing. Thank you to President @realDonaldTrump, @AGPamBondi, and the brave law enforcement officers and National Guardsmen who are providing safety to our Memphis community.
