@MERCERCULINARY Hi, I received Mercer Culinary Millennia 7-Inch Blue, Stainless Steel, 7" Santoku Knife (Granton Edge) as a gift in the UK, but once removed from packaging, it looks like this which surely fails quality control? The top edge isn’t uniform plus damaged handle.

@greeneking Complaint: Old White Hart Hook. Arrived at 3:30pm for lunch, only to be told that the only available chef was on his lunch break & the kitchen was closed for an hour. Surely someone should have been available as no mention of the kitchen closing on the website?

@Parcel2Go Please tell one of your drivers to stop trespassing on other peoples property before I inform the authorities. The driver blatantly removes traffic cones to park or turn his vehicle around. It must stop!
