Wow! I cannot believe it’s been 5 years 🥺 On March 23rd 2020, I cleared out my living room and went live on YouTube for the first day of PE With Joe. What started as a way to keep kids (and grown-ups!) active at home during lockdown, turned into something so much bigger than I ever could have imagined - with millions of us coming together every morning to laugh, stay positive and get fitter. It will always be my proudest achievement and I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined in - whether you did one workout or every single one. You inspired me every day and although it was a difficult time, I have so many amazing memories from our time together 💙 Do you have any good memories from PE with Joe? ☺️ #PeWithJoe #lockdown
