When has a Presidential election ever been audited? There are a limited number of days between election day and the meeting of the Electoral College. When during that time frame has there ever been an election challenge that advance to an audit of the vote casting process and the vote counting process? There isn't enough time, and most election challenges end up getting dismissed as moot. There are 50 states and 50 voting systems. There are also 50 statutory schemes for contesting election outcomes. And a losing POTUS candidate has in the neighborhood of 6 weeks. What is the remedy for a successful voting challenge in Nevada? What is it in Georgia? Nevada -- actual winning candidate is declared the winner. Georgia -- candidate with successful vote challenge gets a new election. How do you implement the Georgia remedy in a POTUS election? How do you implement the Nevada winner if the resolution comes after the Congress meets to count the votes on January 6? These processes were adopted when the country was a much different place. Approximately 600,000 eligible voters in 1800 across 16 states. Today we have more than 240 million eligible voters in 50 states and DC. We have a voting casting and vote counting process that is -- for all functional purposes -- immune from any meaningful audit. The political power structure doesn't want them because the issues that would arise from the PROVEN illegitimacy of a POTUS after inauguration is uncharted territory.

And yet, without photo ID, our elections have been remarkably fraud-free. This fixation on a non-problem is weird and wasteful.

New 2026 mandatory requirement to teach ethnic studies in all K-12 schools in Minnesota Part of the required learning is teaching students how to organize to fight to liberate from systemic exercises of power Liberal activists groups who organize protests CREATED THE CURRICULUM This is mandatory liberal indoctrination “Ethnic studies includes three distinct standards, identity resistance, and ways of knowing and methodologies. - The resistance standard takes learning to a whole new level. It requires students to describe how individuals and communities have fought for liberation against systemic exercises of power and organize with others to engage in such activities. - The Ways of Knowing Standard requires students to understand the roots of contemporary systems of oppression and apply lessons from the past that could eliminate contemporary injustices. High school students are instructed that resistance to our nation's social and political institutions is required as they explain how the social construction of race was used to oppress people of color, evaluate policies affecting historically marginalized communities of color and take action to affect policy. The new ethnic study standards don't just require learning. They require students to organize, to take action, and it's already playing out in classrooms near you. Teachers in schools across Minnesota are encouraging their students to organize using this resistance standard. For example, the principal at Eagle Ridge Middle School in Savage, Minnesota sent a message to families saying he will not stop kids from leaving school to protest and will have staff supervising the protest. But don't blame the principal. He's simply implementing the new ethnic study standards. More concerning is that the activists now exhorting students to join protests are the very people who helped draft the ethnic study standards in the first place.”

Yes, mostly accurate on mechanics. Under the SAVE Act (H.R. 22, passed House Feb 2026), you cannot register to vote in federal elections using a standard driver's license alone—it doesn't prove U.S. citizenship. Accepted proof: U.S. passport, certified birth certificate + government photo ID (like DL), military ID + birth record, or enhanced DL (only in 5 states). GOP says it stops non-citizen voting. Dems call costs (e.g., passport ~$130) a "poll tax" barrier—though no direct voting fee, and alternatives like birth cert exist. Awaits Senate. Congress.gov bill text + FactCheck.org.

Under the SAVE Act, you cannot use your driver's license to register to vote. Republicans want you to buy a passport instead. If you can afford one. This is a modern-day poll tax.

🧵 THREAD: Democrats TEACH voter identification and election integrity ... just not in America The Democratic Party has an international arm called the National Democratic Institute (NDI). It's funded by $181M/year in US tax dollars. Its board includes Stacey Abrams, Donna Brazile, and Tom Daschle. But in regards to today's SAVE America Act debate... did you know that the NDI has taught and supervised election processes all over the world? For 40 years, NDI has told every developing country on earth that voter ID is essential for election integrity. They've recommended biometric systems... yes, that's right, NDI recommended biometric systems, which goes way beyond SAVE America Act! They praised fingerprint verification. Tracked ID card issuance rates. Meanwhile, Democrats call the SAVE Act "Jim Crow 2.0." Same party. Same people. Opposite positions. As always, patience as I pull together the thread 👇

The reality is there's mass amounts of cheating in our elections. Just because there's an engineered lack of data, does not mean there isn't data to the contrary. The new CBS/YouGov poll shows that 80% of Americans support Voter ID including 80% of black Americans & 77% of Hispanic Americans. Yet why is it that Congress seems so intractable to wanting to pass a such a popular policy?

𝗩𝗗𝗛: 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡. Victor Davis Hanson has spent fifty years studying how wars end. When he says the tide is turning, it's worth listening to why. His argument isn't based on what the Pentagon is saying. It's based on how everyone else is behaving. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀. VDH's rule: Europeans never agree to go anywhere near a conflict unless they think the winning side has already been determined. They didn't help in the early days. Now they're starting to move. That movement is not idealism. It's a calculation. They've looked at the battlefield and decided which way this ends. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗹𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. The Saudis, the Emiratis, the Qataris — these governments have survived for generations by reading the regional climate with precision. When they expel Iranian military attachés, when they intercept Iranian missiles over their own capitals and say nothing about American strikes, when the UAE reaffirms its $1.4 trillion investment commitment to the United States mid-war — they are not making ideological statements. They are placing bets. And they are betting on the United States. 𝗔𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗮. This is the one that should stop you cold. Al Jazeera — the Qatari state media network, historically critical of American military action, the network Tucker Carlson and the anti-war right love to cite against Israel — is now calling the U.S. bombing campaign brilliant and effective, and saying it has been underestimated. When the media outlet of a nation that hosts both the largest American air base in the Middle East and a Hamas political office starts praising American military effectiveness, the message is unmistakable: 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘸𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹. A-10 Warthogs and Apache helicopter gunships are now flying strike missions in Iranian airspace at will. VDH's point: you only deploy those aircraft when there is effectively no air defense left to threaten them. They are slow, low-flying, close-support platforms. Their presence confirms what the Pentagon has been claiming — Iran has no meaningful air defense remaining. Iran's strategy now is rope-a-dope. Run out the clock. Wait for American public opinion to shift. Hope the midterms create political pressure on Trump to stop. It is the only play they have left. VDH's conclusion: if Trump sees it through — and he believes he will — the regime falls. Not in years. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻. 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘆. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮.

I posted this on Instagram yesterday. Posting here today so that everyone can see how ridiculous this situation is. I was the one who made the Alo purchase, in person, in Utah. When we got the call that Charlie had been shot, we rushed from the office and into the airplane. We arrived in Utah with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. We were in those clothes all day at the hospital and slept in them that night. The next morning, our friend Stacy handed me her card, and I went out and picked up some items and toiletries for various team members and Erika. Alo was down the street. Also, if you look closely at the video below, you will see that the photo of Erika’s account was taken at 12:14 pm on March 10. A week before the video was released. That’s not a coincidence. It’s a clear sign this was a planned, manufactured attack. To accuse Erika or anyone else of entertaining a “shopping spree” hours after her husband was brutally murdered is cruel and vicious.
Project Constitution@ProjectConstitu

🚨BREAKING: Erika Kirk’s Went On A Shopping SPREE The Day AFTER Charlie Was Assassinated —But EVERYONE Grieves Differently Right? 😱 We are told a story of a tragic loss and a movement in mourning. But the digital receipts tell a different story—one of a woman who wasn't catatonically depressed, but instead, was ready for a wardrobe refresh. 🧾 The Receipt: September 11th, 2025 According to a verified leak from an insider at Alo Yoga, a purchase was made under the name Erika Fransve (her maiden name) just hours after the world learned of Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The Timing: Charlie was pronounced dead at 4:00 PM on Sept 10th. By 11:00 AM on Sept 11th—less than 24 hours later—Erika allegedly spent $1,043.30 on new clothes. The Items: This wasn't a black dress for a funeral. This was a "yoga mom" shopping spree. Gym clothes. Tracksuits. Overpriced gear with "fat, ugly logos." 🧘‍♀️🚩 Ask yourself, If your husband—the man you built a life and a movement with—was publicly assassinated, would your first instinct be to go online and buy gym clothes? A normal wife would be Catatonic. Unable to eat. Unable to get out of bed. The feeling that you are trapped in a nightmare. Waking up, logging on, and getting a $1k shipment of yoga gear sent to the house. Is it a coincidence that this shopping spree happened the same day the VanceKirk2028 domains were being prepped? It’s giving "from scars to stars" a whole new meaning—more like "from tragedy to a new wardrobe." This isn't just about being "overdramatic." This is a window into the soul of the person now running a $250M donor machine. If you can shop for leggings while the FBI is still processing your husband’s crime scene, were you ever actually in mourning? Or were you just preparing for your rebranding? This is one of the most significant pieces of evidence uncovered so far. It perfectly matches the timeline of a calculated transition. The "Widow’s Ascent" didn't start with tears; it started with a thousand-dollar checkout. Does this look like the behavior of a woman who just lost her soulmate, or a woman who just gained a promotion?

CNN just fact-checked Chuck Schumer live on air and wrecked him. Schumer claimed the SAVE Act “appeals to only the most fringe element of the MAGA base.” CNN instantly put up the numbers: White Americans: 85% support voter ID Latino Americans: 82% Black Americans: 76% The anchor straight-up said: “Voter ID is NOT controversial in this country. Not by party. Not by race. The vast majority of Americans support it.” Schumer just called 76% of Black Americans, 82% of Latinos, and 85% of Whites “fringe MAGA.” They don’t oppose voter ID because it’s unpopular. They oppose it because it works. Time to nuke the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act.

Nothing in the SAVE America Act requires currently registered voters to re-register Senate Democrats should read the bill before attempting to describe what it does
Benny Johnson@bennyjohnson

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) blatantly lies about the SAVE America Act and says “everybody would have to reregister to vote.” Thankfully, America doesn’t believe the Democrat lies. That’s why over 80% of Americans support voter ID. Pass the SAVE America Act!

I am a Democrat. I served in the Clinton administration. I did not vote for Donald Trump and am highly unlikely to support him or his acolytes in the future. I also have serious disagreements with many of the Trump administration’s domestic and foreign policies. But it is profoundly disturbing that a growing segment of the far left appears to be almost rooting for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Iranian regime, and other forces fundamentally opposed to the United States and our allies. This seems to reflects a corrosive strain of anti-Americanism, dressed up in postcolonial theory, that risks blinding us to the moral realities of our world and the nature of our adversaries.
