@LFCApproved I don’t think anyone’s disputing he’s a talent, but if you pay €130mill for a player in this league people will expect constant G/A and he’ll get hounded by media and fans if he doesn’t, and he absolutely won’t do that every game

Mad thing is, if Amad Diallo could finish from 5 yards out, not one of the social media weapons would comment on Diomande as all they care about is goals and assists.

Ekitike and Isak could start with Wirtz. Frimpong was unreal under Alonso. Van Dijk needs help. Maybe it’s time for back 3

@Corballyred @NOTLFCJ__ We do need options though don’t we. If alonso comes in and revert to 3-4-1-2 then Szobo and Mac can’t play every game there. Also, looking more and more likely that Jones, Endo and sad to say one of Mac or Szobo might be off so we need some bodies in CM

Unpopular take (not like me😂) 👇 Gravenberch won’t be a long-term starter at LFC. New manager will see the 6 as a clear weakness & make it priority #1. That leaves him competing with Szoboszlai for the 8 — but Szoboszlai is better there, and you can’t play two 8s. So big money to pay a squad player 👍
