@DavidNiece @avmeowvry By your theory then just have 500 calories a day until you look like a drug user, then when your happy start eating normal again and pile it back on, I’d love to see how well that eating disorder has worked for you

@avmeowvry You need more calories or your body enters starvation mode n you won’t burn fat 7000+ steps daily 30-45 min muscle work (dont have to be a body builder but this tip is most important for fat burning, to repair ur muscles your body burns fat in your sleep) Low fat diet

@MoneyHacks16 Agree, markets do tend to recover within 2 years, so a 2 year buffer. Pretty rare to need 3 years to recover.

I keep seeing: “8% withdrawals = retire early” £1,000,000 portfolio = £80,000/year (+ inflation adjustment) Sounds great… until: Markets drop 20% You still withdraw 8% Now you’re selling more units at lower prices That’s how portfolios get destroyed

I’m about to get married, and my fiancé knows I have an inheritance that was left to me by my grandparents. It’s in my name only, and I’ve been saving it for years. Now he’s saying that before we get married, I should put the entire inheritance into a joint account so we can “start fresh together,” or he doesn’t think we should go through with the wedding. I’m 33 already and this is something my family worked hard to leave me. I’m torn between wanting to build a life together and feeling like I’m being pressured to give up something important to me. What do you think I should do?

The LISA is one of the most underused accounts in the UK. £4,000 in. £1,000 free from the government. Every year. Until you're 50. That's a guaranteed 25% return before you've bought a single share. People ignore this.

6. Physical transformations prove the system He gained 40 lbs of muscle in 7 weeks for Pain and Gain in 2013. Then at 49, he gained 30 lbs of fat in 6 weeks for Father Stu eating up to 11,000 calories a day. He said it was "not something I would want to jump at doing again."
