@sewateruk toilets in my house (5 people) unflushed and plates not washed since yesterday evening. No communication as to when it will be sorted. SE Water accounts showing profit of £31mil unless I am misreading that. How about investing a bit of that in sorting it out?

@sewateruk I would like to understand what David Hinton and the rest of the management team are doing right now to sort this? The poor person at the end of the phone had no idea why there was no water or what time it would start. Seriously, get a grip

this type of customer service is to your brand. I have no desire to ever use easyjet again. I would rather pay a premium to use a different carrier

@easyJet again, holding for 1.5 hours before someone answered. When I got through I asked a question about baggage charges because they were different from the online prices, I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before being cut off. I do not think you realise how corrosive..

@easyJet the good news is that my call is important to them, clearly the evidence of holding for an hour and 50 mins would suggest that's not the case

@easyJet and the claim that you are a digital airline is nonsense. You are a physical airline, your customers actually have to get one your planes, unfortunately for them

@easyjet If customer service was even vaguely important you would have enough people to answer the inevitable calls after you cancel 2 weeks of flights on a single day

@easyJet the thing is I know that tweeting like this is a waste of energy because you have no interest in customer service at the best of times.

@easyJet ditto if there is a commercial reason, ie you fancy winding a few people up by cancelling their bookings so you can rebook other people at higher prices, I would appreciate some honesty.

Either way I think that it makes no sense for my flights to have been cancelled without any kind of explanation. No other airlines are cancelling flights to Menorca. If there is some structural issue that you have, at least have the decency to give an explanation...

@easyJet so having had no sensible response from your 'flight club' team of which I am 'proud' to be a member, I am left just to randomly tweet out in the hope that someone picks up my massive irritation at what a bunch of crooks you are and messages me. Or blocks me.

@easyjet govt has just announced that we can travel to Spain so why have you just cancelled the flights to Menorca on the 14th and 21st July? No explanation just all flights cancelled. I thought you needed to make some money - so sort yourselves out and get flying
