@NMandelaBaymuni who do I report this person's driving to? No siren or lights but speeding, aggressive driving, jumping red lights etc. Clearly setting the example and explains why nothing gets done to dangerous drivers in our city.

Dear @Fly_Airlink. Why do I need to bother to timeously preselect a seat fit for my tall frame on your flights if a just get re-assigned a random seat any case at the airport? Even after I have printed a boarding pass with my chosen seat? Second time in a row this has happened.

Dear @Vodacom111 Let me get this right - I apply for conversion to eSIM. Pay. You deactivate my SIM but mess up activation. I need to find a shop to get new SIM card. Pay again. If I want to apply for eSIM again I need to pay a third time? Because of your issues?

@docvlok The GCS should only be used in the context for which it was validated - specific trauma scenarios. We can do much better for the rest. AVPU is a good start, but maybe time to look at something better?
