Most people use Claude wrong. They ask it to write better ads. But better ads won’t fix a cold traffic offer strangers don’t trust. If people click but still don’t book, the leak may be the offer, page, proof, CTA, follow-up, or the call feeling too risky. The better move: make Claude act like a hard-to-convince cold buyer and ask: “Why would I not trust this?” “What would stop me from booking?” I made a Claude Cold Traffic Offer Sheet. It gives you the prompts to find the leak before you spend more on ads or outreach. Comment “CLAUDE” and I’ll send it. Must be following so I can DM you.

Running ads or outbound but not booking enough calls? The leak may be hiding between the first click and your calendar. I made a free 15-Minute Revenue Leak Check. It scores your: → Offer and ads → Page and sales video → Form and calendar → Email and text follow-up → Lead tracking You’ll see the three gaps to check first. Reply “MAP” and I’ll send it. You must follow me so I can DM you.

Monday already. Last week was a good reminder that growth isn't usually one big win. It's the small things done consistently. More conversations. More follow-ups. More lessons. More systems. Some things worked better than expected. A few didn't. But every week like that leaves you a little sharper than the one before. This week, the goal is simple: Keep showing up. Keep improving. Keep building. Hope last week gave you something to build on too. What's one win you're taking into this week?

Most B2B companies do not need more traffic. They need to fix what happens after the click. Their ads get clicks. Their cold emails get replies. Their landing page gets visits. But good buyers still do not book. So I made the Click-to-Call Leak Map. It helps B2B SaaS founders, agencies, and coaches find the five leaks that kill booked calls: → Weak offer → Mixed message → Low trust → Hard booking step → Poor follow-up It takes 10 minutes. Reply “MAP” and I’ll send it to you. You must be following me so I can DM you.

One client was hesitant to invest in outreach. We built the strategy, stayed consistent, and let the data speak. 80× ROI later, they became one of its biggest believers. The right system changes everything. 🚀

I had a client who was incredibly difficult to close. It wasn't because they didn't see the value they just needed certainty before making a decision. Instead of chasing them, I focused on understanding their concerns, answering every question, and letting trust do the heavy lifting. It reminded me that closing isn't about convincing people. It's about removing doubt. The best sales conversations feel like problem-solving, not persuasion.

@TheGeoMethod This is why the backend matters just as much as the sales call. Every touchpoint after the meeting should reinforce the buying decision.

Have you ever seen that surgeon who asks the patient which incision to make? That idiot doesn’t exist in this world. But when you look into the mirror, You’ll see the idiot who asks a client what should happen next. And the fix is one sentence swap you can use on every call today: Stop this: ❌ "Would it be alright if I send you a proposal outlining what we discussed?" Start this: ✅ "What I'm going to do now is send you a proposal outlining what we discussed." The first one hands control to the client. The second one keeps it with you. And it shows up everywhere: "Would it be alright if we scheduled a follow-up call?" becomes "I'm going to get something in the diary for next week." "Is it okay if I put together some numbers?" becomes "I'm putting numbers together and getting them to you by Thursday." "Would you mind if I introduced you to my colleague?" becomes "I'm going to introduce you to my colleague who handles this specifically." Every time you ask permission you signal the same thing: I need your approval to do my job. Every time you assume the next step you signal something completely different: I know exactly where this is going and I'm taking you there. Clients don't want to be asked what happens next. They want to be led. Stop asking. Start telling. Try it on your next call and see what happens.

The vast majority of business advice on the internet is useless and misguiding young entrepreneurs. There is no get-rich-quick scheme, and the only way to build wealth is through discipline and commitment over time. Anyone I've ever seen who made money very quickly has either not sustained it or has gotten in trouble. The untold truth is that you have to wake up every day for long periods of time, fail for years on end, and continue iterating until you get traction.

I test new ads in separate ad sets in an ABO campaign. I take the winning ads and scale them in a CBO. CBOs do a pretty good job at directing prospecting ads to cold audiences, and retargeting ads to warm audiences. Great ecosystem, if you feed it just your winning ads.
Faiz@thekingofjuly

@eduardbeschea You say ABO is best for testing. So how do you scale?

I launched the agency a little over three month ago. Today, we hit $100k in gross sales in just the last rolling 30-days. Taking on the scale we did before we had the pieces in place was actually one of the best things I did. Can’t overthink anything you just need to start and you’ll figure it out along the way. We have steady growth plans for each account. For this reason, projections are mostly accurate and repeatable. Headed for $500k!

I document my dead ads more carefully than my winners. Every ad that dies goes into a losers file: what the idea was, what we believed, and our best guess why the market said no. Most strategists only remember their winners. That's why their hit rate never improves. A winner tells you what worked once. A dead ad tells you what to stop doing forever. The pattern only shows up when you look at the graveyard: same weak mechanism, same tired persona, same hook structure the audience has scrolled past a hundred times. Brands ask me how we get better every quarter. This is it. Not a secret framework. A file full of expensive lessons, and the discipline to actually read it. Your ad account is already paying for this education. Most people just don't collect the receipts.

I posted for two months with no direction. One week productivity. One week mindset. One week money. Different topic, same result. Still nothing. So I looked back at which post actually got a reply. One thing stood out: It was the only topic I'd stayed on for more than a week. Here's what I realized: You don't find your niche by deciding. You find it by testing long enough for the audience to tell you.

PSA: This is a dead horse I will beat. It took me 70,000,000+ emails to figure this out. If you are doing lead generation, you need to move up stream. No, i’m not talking about going after enterprise deals. Probably one of the worst things to focus on when doing lead generation at the moment. You need to start a company in the industry that you produce the best leads in. The writing is on the wall, lead generation is a commodity. Right now companies pay for the service because it’s more expensive for them to do it themselves. AI is coming for this role. Pretty quickly. Pretty soon GTM engineers will be replaced with a GTM ai agent. GTM is not going away but every person that claims their a GTM engineer that is just doing lead generation is not actually a GTM engineer. Here’s the point, you are extremely skilled at generating leads. 90% of the time that’s the hardest part to figure out for business. So if you’ve already figured out the hardest part, why not just figure out the rest? He who controls the lead flow controls the business. (This is advice for people doing volume in lead generation, if you’re still in the trenches, keep going, find your leverage, the foundation of business is leads on demand)

Just landed a CPA client who hired us to grow his accounting firm through X + LinkedIn. This is how we'll drive him 10 sales calls / month in 90 days (and how we've done it for 60+ founders). Bookmark this ↓ 1. Brand Book creation + Profile Revamps There's nothing worse than content that's clearly generated by AI. It does major damage to your personal brand. One way around that is to build a Brand Book that's dialed in. This way EVERY POST that comes from your account looks like you wrote it. After the Brand Book, we build credibility-based profiles. We don't build salesy profiles (because people hate being sold to). Don't make your profile look like a website landing page. 2. Content Recording In 1-hour per month, we extract content from the client in a podcast-style interview. They just show up and chat for an hour. We turn this transcript into 30 posts, one post every single day on X + LI for the entire month. Every post is submitted to the client through a private content dashboard before it's published. 3. Strategic outbound If your goal is to drive revenue, this is the most important part of this post. Read carefully Posting without outbound is a "post and pray" strategy. Outbound is how you build a predictable pipeline. We find leads at the intersection of three things: - The correct industries - Has money (so they can afford your services) - Has a CURRENT NEED they could hire you to solve This robust targeting is the difference between 1 sales call per month and 10-20. On top of that, we monitor NEW FOLLOWERS on X and PROFILE VISITORS on LinkedIn with AI. Each profile is scanned, scored, and added to a lead list if qualified. We don't stop there. All leads are contact by a REAL human being. Not the AI slop DMs that fill your inbox. Sending outbound DMs is an art. HIGHLY RECOMMEND sending threaded DMs in your first outreach (aka multiple messages) because AI can't do that. Talk about something personal and something business in your first messages. That's how we book sales calls. Real, human connection. If you want to learn how to actually get DM responses and to turn those DMs into sales calls, keep reading. 4. Reporting We provide analytics reports 2x / month to show the growth on each platform: - Impressions - Engagements - Followers - Pipeline - Etc. --- But the best part is that this system compounds. More followers → more reach → more profile views → more DM conversations → more sales calls → more clients If you're just one person... it's difficult as hell to run this system effectively. That's why our clients get THREE people (born and raised in the US) plugged into them and their business: 1. Content Manager: Post creation 2. Client Success Manager: Strategy and analytics 3. Outbound Specialist: Comments and DMs We helped another founder: - Add $150,000 revenue - Add 7,000+ followers - Become known as "The Car Guy" on X If you want the same for your business, I've put every resource I made into one place so you can learn how to: - Build high-intent lead lists - Start conversations in the DMs - Turn conversations into sales calls - Grow from 0 → 1,000 followers on X - Grow from 1,000 → 5,000 followers on X - Grow from 5,000 → 10,000 followers on X Also get: - Twitter Growth Playbook - LinkedIn + X Lead Gen Playbook Everything is free, just comment "LEADS" below and I'll send it all. PS. We drive massive ROI with this system for all high-ticket B2B founders, but it's ESPECIALLY effective for: CPAs, Fractional CFOs, and other professional services (lawyers, consultants, franchisors, etc.)

Just invested in my friends ecom store He is a killer operator. $1m months. Never ran any sort of MRR Has no idea about CRM’s, mids, backend set up or anything about how to run a subscription business successfully. The exact partnership I need. He will run all front end. I will plug in the backend. Once you understand the back end and have the connections, the opportunity’s are endless I may do regular updates on X with this store. Just to show u how f*cking easy this is Just printing cash💰

The silence after posting isn't the verdict you think. When something you made doesn't land, the mind fills the gap fast. They saw it, didn't care, cos it wasn't good enough. It might have been bad. But often it isn't the case. What you're calling rejection is usually something duller and more fixable: it just never reached anyone whose opinion you'd have wanted. It wasn't judged and dismissed, it was never judged in the first place. Rejection is a quality problem. It sends you back to rewrite work that might have been fine. Indifference is a distribution problem and polishing won't help. Before you decide the work wasn't good enough, check whether anyone who'd care ever saw it. Most of the time that's the case. Not judged, just unseen.

If you were wondering, here's the state of hiring in web3/AI right now I just got off the phone with a recruiter * role is 50k a year for Europeans (cause ya life in Europe is cheap), but they pay 250 k in the US * they want a junior to mid * It's growth marketing so ofc you must have run your AI automations by now, must have built agents, etc. for 50 k I come with my own automations, to teach the head of marketing how to do it?

I sold Stodzy a couple of years ago, but I’m officially taking back over. This asset taught me the truth about wealth creation: boring is best. No tech hype, no B2C stress, no reliance on personal brands. Just a high-budget B2B audience with a positive ROI offer that flies completely under the radar. Stoddart should own Stodzy. Good to be back.
