When the rent is too damn high it’s easy to hate the landlord making money off you. But when you’re a renter…you never have to make a repair, you never have to sock away $100K in cash for a down payment, and if your place burns down, you can just walk away. Before you bitch about landlords, ask yourself: could you save up $100K right now to make a down payment? What about $10K repair when a pipe bursts? Or your government leaves 50 years of brush to BURN YOUR CITY DOWN? These are all things a property owner has to deal with. Risk, liability, maintenance, taxes, loss of liquidity, ever-increasing insurance costs, and no ability to evict someone who stops paying rent. Landlords earn maybe 5-12% margins off your rent. Consider it a tip for doing all the hard stuff of home ownership for you.

Sheriff Keith Swank
Sheriff Keith Swank@SaveOurSheriff·
The Third US Circuit Court of Appeals (based in Philadelphia) just ruled 10-5 that New Jersey's ban on semi-automatic rifles and large capacity magazines (more than 10 rounds) is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This is the first time that an appeals court ruled that a state's weapons ban violated the Second Amendment. Unless you are following these things, or you just got lucky scrolling, you probably didn't see anything about this ruling because the lamestream media doesn't want you to know. This court based it's decision on the SCOTUS 2022 Bruen decision. The Bruen decision stated in part that modern gun restrictions must be, "consistent with this nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.” Like I said before, the rifle bans and the magazine bans the Washington state Democrats passed are unconstitutional, and this sheriff will not enforce those unconstitutional laws. It's time to have some gun shows. msn.com/en-us/news/oth…

🚨#BREAKING: Two boys on paddle-boards are being praised as heroes after heartwarming footage emerged of them RESCUING A DROWNING RACCOON during the Texas storms. The two boys, Tucker and Owen saw the raccoon being sucked under by the current, scooped it out of the water, saving it's life. The animal crawled underneath Tucker's legs, hiding from the rain and the storm. They paddled him all the way to shore through the storm and let him go. Absolutely awesome!!!!!! ❤️

Cam- it’s not about filming in public. It’s about the expansion of surveillance, profiling, tracking, and cataloging. Yes, people understand that when they’re in public they can be filmed. That’s not the same thing as government databases tracking and archiving your movements, and storing this information along with implementing rapidly expanding AI technology that PREDICTS “impending” criminal behavior before it happens. I used to believe that if you didn’t break the law you don’t have to worry about being watched. I could not have been more wrong. Trust me- when the democrat socialists are in charge you’re not going to be saying, “I don’t mind being watched because I don’t break the law”. Bro- they CREATE the crime. And these are tools being built out to infringe on your rights BEFORE you do anything because their technology predicts what they believe you’re about to do.

To be clear, I literally could not care less about Flock as a corporation. I’m not “Pro-Flock” I don’t believe that any person is entitled to privacy in public. Many of the people who talk the most about this, built their careers by filming in public without or against consent.

Exactly as intended. RCV and Jungle Primaries dirtier tricks being laid bare by actual voters that are beyond frustrated.
Davidson Danny@DavidsonDa16685

@907Honest Why sink millions into RCV to muddy the waters without giving voters any independent idea of who the numerous candidates are. The most money and propaganda wins, and Alaskans always lose no matter who we choose.

@DavidsonDa16685 That is the biggest issue. There is not centralized place for this information. The division of elections has a lot of info, but specific to candidate stances and how each is on policy etc. I’m not aware.

The concern raised in the image is that a candidate sharing the name of an incumbent can intentionally confuse voters, potentially drawing votes away from the incumbent or causing "ballot exhaustion," where voters become confused and fail to properly rank their intended candidate, or inadvertently rank the "spoiler" candidate. Why this could not happen in a Closed Primary/Plurality system A closed primary with a traditional plurality general election would generally prevent this specific type of "decoy" candidacy for several reasons: Party Nomination Control: In a closed primary, only voters registered with a specific party can participate in that party’s primary. Parties typically have a rigorous nomination process or vetting system that prevents individuals from filing as a candidate of that party simply to sow confusion. A "decoy" candidate would likely be blocked by party leadership or rejected by the base of voters who are familiar with their actual candidates. The "Top-Four" vs. Two-Party Head-to-Head: In a closed primary/plurality system, the general election is typically a head-to-head contest between one nominee from each major party. Because each party only fields one nominee, there is no "top-four" mechanism that allows multiple candidates from the same party (or candidates masquerading as such) to advance to the final ballot. Plurality Voting Mechanics: In a traditional plurality (winner-take-all) general election, the candidate with the most votes wins, regardless of whether they have a majority. While vote-splitting can still occur in plurality systems, the "spoiler" effect is mitigated because there is only one official candidate per party on the ballot, making it much harder for a decoy to gain a foothold or survive a party controlled primary process. Ranked Choice Voting and Jungle / Open Primary are designed to do exactly what they are doing.

@WillamBark45856 @BenSwann_ To mildly protect against the roving bands of cannibals when they turn off the power? Yeah… but in reality I don’t think most of us are meant to survive what’s coming. I agree we can’t vote our way out… but shooting our way out is only slightly more plausible. 😞

ONE THOMAS MASSIE WAS ONE TOO MANY FOR THE SWAMP. Permanent Washington had to pour millions into one primary race just to take out a single member who, in a relatively short time, exposed the D.C. swamp more effectively than almost anyone in recent history. So how do some of the most incompetent, aging, and seemingly half‑awake people on earth keep ending up in the most powerful jobs in government? Maybe that’s not an accident. The less capable and independent a politician is, the easier they are to control, script, and manipulate. Dianne Feinstein, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and plenty of others perfectly illustrate how bureaucratic puppets can be propped up as “leaders” for generations. The system doesn’t want sharp, independent thinkers like Massie and MTG. It rewards those who will read the script cold, sign what’s put in front of them, and never truly challenge the machine. I discuss this with @RickSanchezTV

Adult vaccination is associated with a 50% HIGHER risk of ALZHEIMER’S and a 38% HIGHER risk of DEMENTIA, according to the LARGEST vaccine–dementia study ever conducted. Among 13.3 MILLION people, the MORE doses of flu, pneumococcal, shingles, tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis vaccines people received, the HIGHER their dementia risk.

@WillamBark45856 @BenSwann_ Of the massive infrastructure bill, I sure haven’t seen any evidence of that being used to build back roads and bridges. Instead all we got was massive fraud, data centers, chemtrails, glyphosate, bio weapon ticks, and total surveillance state!
