It pains me to say this as I have supported the founder of Blaze Media, @glennbeck, and his ventures for decades. I've met him in person and been on his program several times in the past.

If someone shows up demanding Public Access Files, stay calm and professional:
— Ask for identification
— Ask who they represent
— Record the interaction
— Decline entry to non-public areas
— Offer lawful compliance through counsel if appropriate
— Have your attorney handle document requests
Public Access Files are governed by specific DOL rules, not social media ambush tactics.
And if false statements, selective editing, trespassing, harassment, or defamatory claims damage your business, there may absolutely be legal remedies available.
America is a country of laws and due process, not trial-by-viral-video.
In Texas, homeowners generally have strong private property protections. A clearly visible ‘No Soliciting’ or ‘No Trespassing’ sign can help establish notice that entry is not permitted. If someone refuses to leave after being told to do so, that can potentially become criminal trespass territory under Texas law.

News: Pakistan officials now confirm Iranian planes arrived in the country as @CBSNews reported -- and are still there.
"The Iranian aircraft currently parked in Pakistan arrived during the ceasefire period and bear no linkage whatsoever to any military contingency or preservation arrangement," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement Tuesday.
"Assertions suggesting otherwise are speculative, misleading, and entirely detached from the factual context."
The agency said a number of aircraft from Iran were there to facilitate the movement of diplomatic personnel and security teams if further peace talks scheduled.
A senior Pakistan official had initially denied Iranian planes at Nur Khan Air Base, saying: "Nur Khan base is right in the heart of [the] city, a large fleet of aircrafts parked there can't be hidden from [the] public eye."
Sources told @JimLaPorta and me that an Iranian military reconnaissance and intelligence-gathering aircraft was among the Iranian planes that parked in Pakistan.
