I didn’t hate it but there’s absolutely zero reason this shouldn’t have just been Season 4 of the show

@SJTimes13 Well, some reasons may be: - Making a whole season out of a personal adventure story would have been just dragging out the story for no reason - They make more money by releasing it in theaters first than on streaming - They didn't know how an expensive fourth season would work

Dave Filoni says there will be infinite possibilities for the types of Star Wars stories they can tell under his leadership. “I’m looking forward to bringing a lot of these ideas & visions to the fans. Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen it.”

@auteurhouse Sorry, but Quentin is simply a superior director than almost everyone. His opinion is rooted in being a master at his craft.

This post obviously made a lot of Andor fans very upset. They may have just not understood it. Allow me to explain. What I was trying to say is that Andor is dumb and not at all the type of fairy tale story that Star Wars was meant to emulate. Hope this helps!
Kevin Lamb@KevinLamb74

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Andor's grim portrayal of homicidal rebels was dumb. Screw Luthen, Saw Gerrera, and Andor himself. Star Wars is a fairy tale. The good guys are good. Han in ANH and Lando in ESB is as gray as they get (which is to say, not very.) To say that the ends justify the means misses the entire point of Anakin's fall.

maybe I’m in the minority but bizarre casting decisions like this always get me excited because it shows a director who has complete confidence in the vision he’s creating

Christopher Nolan explains why he cast Travis Scott in ‘THE ODYSSEY’: “I cast him because I wanted to nod towards the idea that this story has been handed down as oral poetry, which is analogous to rap.” (Source: time.com/article/2026/0…)

Still remains a great finale to the Craig 007 era. A film that’s an oddity in the 60+ year-old franchise, as there has never been a James Bond film that truly feels like it’s wrapping up decades worth of character development and acting as an almost feature-length funeral for the character. I say this as a compliment, as the experiment they went for with the Craig films, making them a bit more serialized and really hitting home the tragedy of Bond’s character as a suave, animalistic killing machine who feels he was born for one purpose — and a lifetime of tragedy and betrayal really hits hard, especially in this film. Daniel Craig is outstanding here, and it truly feels like a Bond who has been through everything a spy could go through in life. Since his first film he has been shot, betrayed, heartbroken, and killed countless people and this version of the character carries that with him at all times. We feel that weight without losing the charm and badassery that make us love him. You can feel how much this character has changed since Casino Royale, and he balances that internal sadness, rage, and ultimately acceptance so well. Something I love so much about the Craig era is just how beautiful these blockbusters look. The rich, inky colors of the Cuba sequence are amazing. Cary Joji Fukunaga’s simple, tactical sequencing really heightens the action scenes, such as the staircase oner, which is one of the better post-John Wick action oners because its stylistic focus is on the animalistic determination of Bond. Ana de Armas is absolutely gorgeous and delightful in her limited screen time. The film isn’t perfect. Safin is a pretty lame villain, and I don’t feel that the whole storyline involving his personal stakes with Madeleine works. But on the whole, I feel this is a fitting and epic last go-around with my favorite interpretation of James Bond.
