Exactly 4 years ago, I woke up on a psych ward after trying to take my life the day before This morning, I woke up in my own bed, and went for a walk along the beach. I’m not saying things are perfect, but they definitely did get better ❤️

There are 20 months between these photos In the 1st, I was addicted to exercise & being ‘thin’. In the 2nd, I’m ‘overweight’ but have a much healthier relationship with food & exercise. So, before commenting on someone’s weight, think about what they might be going through ❤️
