We are aware of a leaked, unofficial email from an NHS Clinical Director in Worcestershire. The email is inaccurate. Worcester is not on red alert. There were not 6 cases in 24hours. There is no cause for alarm. Covid-19 has not gone away & it remains important that we stay alert

We have been informed some parents have received an email stating: ‘As schools will be closing, if you're entitled to free school meals, please send your bank details and we'll make sure you're supported’. This is a scam email - do not respond, and delete immediately.

@Bucket_Bear @gigaclear As a marketeer Twitter sends us codes to use - as I blog on Rural issues this a good use of a code. Our local council has spent £ms to provide this service and @gigaclear are falling short on service levels - other effected people are already contacting me

@gigaclear we were so excited to sign and move from BT as our line was regularly broken by rural things like trees and farm machines. It usually took 3-4 days to mend. After signing with you, your pipe is broken and it takes a whooping 30-50 days to mend. #fastershire

@gigaclear They have been in touch - that is how we found out your ‘care’ was 1000% worse than BT on rectification. As you are funded by public money and have just had this increased by @Fastershire I would expect you to be out within 5 working days not up to 50!

@DawnWaterman Hi Dawn, I've had a look at your file and the duct is blocked which means we can't blow the fibre through it to complete your installation. Our normal service level agreement for a service outage is 3 working days. Our care team will be in touch with you.

After @gigaclear getting just shy of £2m of funding for fibre in Fastershire you would think they could train their staff! Question to salesman, if it breaks how long to mend answer 3 days. So we sign up! It’s broken email from @gigaclear 40-50 days! Back to the @ThreeUK dongle
