@DawsonKelly15 Wonder will you receive an apology for the complete communication breakdown on the train? Loads of other complaints on X so seems to be a widespread communication issue. Poor customer communication is about the only consistent feature of rail travel in Ireland.

@IrishRail Services outside Hueston are not "moving" considering I have been sitting here for about 40 mins now. Train is running an hour delayed. Is compensation available for the delay?
