Maybe I just don’t understand how it works, but what’s stopping The Pokemon Company from just printing more TCG card/products? Wouldnt that stop (or lessen) the scalping and give them more sales since the products are so in demand??

@Cathy2560 @pokebeach @NGreentail Clearly the demand has changed. Production needs to increase when demand skyrockets. And since they cant print to demand with the current calender. The next option is to reduce the amount of sets on the calendar.

@pokebeach @NGreentail The demand they cant keep up with is their set release demand. Before a new set even comes out they've already announced a new set and are actively printing it. If they cut down the amount of new sets per year they would actually have the ability to print the current set.

The thing I don't get about Jags fans defending their process is that it's literally what Trent Baalke did and we're just over a year removed from every Jags account on this app having the clown face on it.
This process, over time, consistency leads to bad drafts.
