Naira-for-crude deal is not the reason why Dangote has been reducing fuel prices. While you cannot underestimate the impact of the deal on the currency, I am of the opinion that the foot dragging in its extension is due to an imbalance which puts the chances of its sustainability at risk. For the scheme, Dangote still buys each barrel at the prevailing exchange rate which means if official rate is N1530/$, they sell to him at N1530/$ but this time without having to add his pressure to the demand for dollars in the market. While that gives the CBN a leverage to manage the currency, Nigeria also loses a major source of liquidity that is supposed to accrue to our reserves from normal crude sales and that is where a balance must be designed. Dangote, sells his excess products (whose raw materials are sourced with Naira) outside the country and earns dollars which normally should be repatriated to help Nigeria recoup its normal crude sales dollar loss. With his SPVs set outside the country to manage international deals, you have to ask questions about how much forex the refinery brings in on a regular basis. If Dangote is not bringing in forex yet, is the deal favorable to Nigeria on the long run or we just have to exist to service the refinery while our reserves keep reducing? While the issue is expected to be resolved soon, Nigerians must stop getting emotional about national issues and ask salient questions at every point in time without allowing themselves to be manipulated unnecessarily.🥂🥂

There's a story/ film idea that I've been nursing for years now. It's not even romance or comedy but it's an emotional story. I've spent years building that story & the only demon I'm facing in it, is the backdrop event that happens in that story. I know itll come with problems.

Normally, I no suppose put mouth for this conversation BUT as ‘Lagos’ was mentioned, just decided to drop a small response for it. We even have floating clinic boats to cater for riverine communities too.

For Lagos State, We have a Lagos Primary HealthCare Board @LagosPHCB under the Ministry of Health, which caters for over 300 Primary Health Centers across the State in ALL LGAs in the State, Infact, it’s supposed to be every ward sef. Also, we have comprehensive PHCs in some of the wards that can do what an average PHC cannot do. This list does not include General Hospitals yet. .. Check next tweet for the last page.

You didn’t come on social media to ask people to beg your son to forgive you for any way you may have wronged him and to please take your calls. You came to beg for money to embarrass him. You are not smart enough to know that if you are on good terms, the money will flow. Smh!

A family office is a group dedicated to handling the wealth of an extremely rich person. Take Bill Gates, for instance—he founded Microsoft, but likely relies on a team of 50 to 100 professionals to manage his earnings from it. This team includes tax specialists, experts in stock market investments, real estate professionals, and those focused on private ventures. Yet, managing the finances might actually be the simpler task for a family office. The real challenge lies in defining what the family represents. I t’s about the intangible things—like preserving the family’s legacy, navigating ego and disputes, learning how to disagree without destroying relationships, holding tough but respectful conversations, and fostering a family that supports and protects one another.

First thing they come for are the keys to all the cars. Then the keys to the master bedroom & all the locked drawers/ safes. They'll divide the group into two. Half at the house, the other half at the office (if he was an entrepreneur or business man) hunting for documents
Chief Eni🌊🌊@Eniifo

Growing up, women used to band together as a unit to remove cars, documents and valuables from the house once one of their husbands died. The saying was “this nor be time to cry, you go cry after burial” The women had seen and known the evil of extended family members.
