@Jacob_Naviaux 1! both are a headache. Choose your headache.Always going to be tenant or maintenance issues with the multi family and u have to b ok with that. Managing 10 people on the wholesale operation is a hell of a headache, your always going to be rotating people in and out of ur op

Would you rather:
1) Run a wholesale business that nets you $1M/year but requires you to be in the office 40hrs a week managing a team of 10.
OR
2) Own a multifamily portfolio that nets you $400k/year and lets you work from home with just 1 virtual employee, but you have investors you're responsible to.

@LoganARobison Man I feel this!! I always say I don’t see people jogging in my area, I run regardless but it would be so much more motivating to look out my window and see people jogging. Same goes with business. I totally agree with this centiment

Being around successful people does something to your brain. We bought our house in a starter home neighborhood 6 years ago for $185k . My mortgage is $1,200/mo
And while it's been great for our personal finances, I think it's been terrible for my ambition. No one on my street seems to be working on anything big. Seems like everyone is just punching the clock. Content with how things are going and not interested in changing or growing.
"Keeping up with the Jones'" absolutely has it's drawbacks. But it also keeps you hungry. If you can be inspired without becoming materialistic, I think you should be in a neighborhood with people who inspire you to dream bigger and make moves.

@Reiwholesaler Moving towards eliminating it and saying they got rid of it r 2 different things lol but I feel u. Point is we’d all be Elated if they did!

Two of the biggest wholesalers. These guys spend millions on tv ad spend. If you’re in SoCal, you know who they are. They don’t flip. They wholesale.

The past 12 months my biggest deals have all come from cold call.
With that in mind, cold call is not the most consistent or efficient marketing by any means.
I think a big reason I like cold call so much is that I get deals from social media each week so I don’t have as much stress and pressure on my cold call program.
With cold call you will find some banger deals!! However a lot of what comes in through cold call will be slop
