This Lone Ranger Atomic Bomb ring was distributed by Kix cereal in the late 40's, for 15 cents and a mail-in box top.
It was actually a spinthariscope containing radioactive Polonium-210 (one of the most toxic substances out there).
A child would take the toy into a pitch-black room, remove the tail cap from the 'bomb', and look through a tiny lens to see flashes of light from the Polonium-210 atoms decaying into Lead-206.

We accused them--again rightly--of shameful callousness and of polluting public discourse and coarsening social life. The concept of taking a lunch break is absolutely fascinating to me.
Yesterday, a second-year told his paralegal he was "stepping out for a sandwich."

There are several schools of thought on this subject matter. The three leading contenders are as follows:
1. As babies, we crawl on the floor. At this level we often see the feet of our mother. If one has a positive or euphoric experience then a connection can be formed from this alone.
2. The pleasure center for genital sexual arousal in the brain is in close proximity to the area controlled for feet. The close proximity and possible overlap drive the desire.
3. Self deprecation can motivate one to seek humiliation and what better place to attain that than at the lowest part of the body that is often seen as unclean or undesirable by most cultures.
Perhaps some may have a combination of two or more of these.

Nebraska - a state with just 3% forest cover - is the birthplace of the globally celebrated Arbor Day.
In the 1850s, settlers moving from the lush forests of the East Coast to these vast, barren plains couldn't find a single branch to build a home with or seek shade under. They worked hard to change that. In 1872, they created an official holiday and planted over a million saplings on the very first day. Despite over a century of effort and millions of trees planted every year, the forest cover is still around 3% today.
Still, it's worth noting that the state's Nebraska National Forest (Bessey Ranger District) is the largest hand-planted forest in the Western Hemisphere.

Well, if dragons were real, it completely destroys everything we've been taught about history. It would mean the same ancient myths and legends found in literally every corner of the world is our suppressed history, not just made up stories as they claim. Meaning humans coexisted with these creatures, which not only completely changes the timeline of humanity, but it blows open everything we think we know about ancient technology and the "old world." Same reason they bury the real story behind the pyramids and other megaliths. And oh, very oddd that right as Darwin dropped his "we're all meaningless accidents in a Godless universe" theory, the dinosaur narrative gets pushed hard. Very convenient for keeping people small and disconnected from any higher purpose or lost advanced past. They want us to believe we were just retarded cavemen, advanced tech is myth, ancient cultures that all repeated the same stories are meaningless and we're all here by accident. Easy to keep us complacent when we have no idea who we are.

So we can stop all the silly nonsense. 90% of the time you’re gonna be correct in your assumption about a kid based on the parents & vice versa
You will pretty much know within 5 minutes which parents are the ones who don’t engage much with the child, constant iPad & screen time, Cocomelon kids, lack of boundaries, fatherless, always complain about parenting, don’t really care what their kid is eating
You can also tell which parents limit screens, communicate with their child but also hold boundaries, get their child outside a lot, moving, don’t load them up on junk food, let them use their imagination, genuinely enjoy being parents
More often than not, the behavior of the kid gives it away. Not in every instance, but I promise, it really is like 90% of the time
