Law enforcement officers are searching for an escaped prisoner in downtown Rochester, possibly in the river bed near the Rundel Library. While being transported from the Public Safety Building this morning, the handcuffed prisoner headbutted an officer and took off running. The officer sustained a head laceration.

Several NYS lawmakers live paycheck to paycheck. The stories I have heard. When some lawmakers in NY are unpaid and they have to get “paycheck loans” from the paycheck cashing stores in Albany. They decide the NYS budget but have poor fiscal responsibility for their own homes. This is NY.

So, the people in charge of passing the New York State budget want to exclusively exempt themselves from having to pay utility bills when the budget is late. Do I have that right?
