Per @DStarkand, the Lakers are making major upgrades to the UCLA Health Training Center this offseason, including a biomechanics lab, movement lab and recovery lab. A biomechanics lab helps study how players move how they run, jump, land, cut, absorb contact and put stress on certain joints/muscles. A movement lab can help identify bad habits, imbalance, fatigue patterns and injury risks before they turn into bigger problems. A recovery lab focuses on how players bounce back treatment, mobility, body maintenance, fatigue monitoring, soreness, workload and overall recovery between games. Rob Pelinka said these upgrades are “super expensive,” and with Mark Walter taking over, we already know one thing: He likes to spend money. This is the Lakers finally investing in modern performance science, injury prevention and player development at a higher level. I’m all for any methods and ways to cut down on injuries.. #LakeShow

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth director Naoki Hamaguchi recently shared his thoughts on the future of RPG combat systems
He said that games like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 “may have been inevitable” as newer players increasingly prefer real-time gameplay over traditional turn-based combat.
According to Hamaguchi, many younger players grew up with fast-paced action games and online multiplayer titles, which has changed expectations for modern RPGs.
As a result, more developers are moving toward action-focused combat systems that feel faster and more interactive.
At the same time, he made it clear that turn-based RPGs are not disappearing.

I just finished Persona 5 Tactica. While it was a fun game, it didn't really hit or hold the Persona 5 vibe i was yearning for. The story started slow but it did pick up the later half of the game.
Combat was really simple, as were the mechanics and overall levels and difficulty. It was just a rather simple game with some of the series most beloved characters so thay's how I kinda took it.

Honestly? PC gamers act like they just can’t stand Nintendo but they can’t stop emulating Nintendo games. They are so mad Nintendo keeps their games exclusive lol.
