@mrsks91 @KatyKray73 Good for you. Doesn’t change the fact that they produce a non viable product without government subsidies. They’re dole bludgers.

Pat the dairy farmer praises Albanese’s $20M ad campaign for saving petrol! Thank God that money went to such good use. Well done Albo! 👏😏

@AngusTaylorMP Who advises Taylor? Is he responding to rile up the Lib membership because his leadership is nearly done? Why respond calling it racist? Every journo will now ask if is Taylor racist. With the result being the Libs being wiped out of every city at the next election. #auspol

Response to statement from Paul Keating: I always suspected that Paul Keating didn’t support Australian values, but now he has dropped any pretence. To suggest it is “racist” to put Australian values at the centre of our immigration policy shows just how out of touch he is with Australians, as is the Labor Party. This is the immigration policy we have to have. Immigration numbers are too high. Immigration standards are too low. And both must change. It’s time for Paul Keating and the Labor Party to put Australians and Australian values first.

In Norway, gas export revenue is used to fund free university education and a world class public pension system. In Australia gas export revenue is more likely to add an extra wing to a CEO’s mansion than help any ordinary Australian

@moss_andrews @MadsMelbourne They might be. The problem is there is no one of any talent in a non Labor party in Victoria. Better the devil you know.

@moss_andrews @MadsMelbourne As tired as a government it may be, you’d only need to show that visitor the opposition. It’s a binary choice. If you’re going to oust one party, you have to be confident the other can do a better job. No one has confidence Wilson could run a chook raffle, let alone the state.

@moss_andrews @MadsMelbourne Where will the Libs pick up seats? They need 16. Maybe few in outer Melb. Maybe lose a couple in inner Melb. Both the Libs & Nats will have to defend all their regional seats against One Nation. The net result could be that they actually go backward. A likely Labor retain.

Half of the working population earn less than $80000 a year. 40% of people retire with a mortgage. If they never had to pay into superannuation they would retire in a better economical position. Superannuation is forced saving. Let people control their own destiny

@Goalkickingguru People could make better choices. Not pissing every cent you earned up the wall would be a good start. There is no cost of living crisis for 90% of Australians. There’s a living above once means crisis.

Economists warn of recession... Where on earth have they been for the last 4 years? Record insolvencies in the real economy. A housing sector on its knees. Rocketing inflation. Intrest rate rises anyway. More like a depression.

@Matt_Camenzuli It is a depression, and it’s going to be worse than the Great Depression because we have no infrastructure, no local jobs, that put back into our economy to boost equity and revenue.
