Nope. Still to this day the majority of elites will and continue to go to college. Of course not for everyone as it never should have been but it’s a fantastic ROI. Anyone who went to top 40 school and is not moron will have great network, options for w2 if biz doesn’t work out, social experiences, and if smart will have built biz or experimented with them in college

Going to college was one of the highest roi decisions I’ve ever made and that included me taking debt (though had I been smarter at the time could’ve probably found a way to do so with less or zero debt)

Is the $GP bottom finally in? It took a hit over the past few days with heavy sell pressure, but now we’re seeing bullish divs forming on the H4. There are some things to breakdown in the reply. Let’s do it part by part. Who is everyone in “Everyone keep saying”? I’m asking bc even though I have filtered throughout the years the following, my “Everyone” still has people very bullish completely price agnostic, shilling some jackpots and so on. So, on my end, a lot of people are chasing jackpots. “Most people already…” Who is most people, overall population, or CT? If CT, which has higher risk appetite, the safe path would be BTC, and if you bought near cycle lows at 20k or 30k, you already have nice returns. Imo, BTC is the best r/r this cycle, considering the headaches and the sleepless nights holding large positions in altcoins. Not to mention the health issues, which I personally had, from holding these said large positions. Would have been much better off just holding BTC, and doing absolutely nothing. If overall population, the safe bet is probably fixed income or some index. Nothing life changing, but better than betting the house in some altcoin and losing 80% of your hard earned money imo. For example, you made a lot of money with manifest, congrats, but how many people lost 60%, 70%, 80% or even more from it? Probably a lot, even the top shiller lost a lot from it. What a about the other memecoins plays that nuked? Is the r/r worth it? Do u think you have an edge? If you answer yes to the last two questions, go ahead and keep going. I’ve answered no to both, so I will not continue this behavior. “And still ended up broke” What’s your definition of broke? If analyzing objectively, it varies by country. If analyzing subjectively, it varies by self perception. If you make a lot of money from your job or inherited some money, it might make sense to risk more, but if you’re working minimum wage and is 35 years old or more, it might not be worth it. There is not right or wrong, it is a personal decision, but since the ratio of losers is much higher than winners, it is not worth gambling imo. People gambling with small amounts are looking for a moonshot that probably will not come, and these small amounts overtime compound and they are risking not being able to buy some medicine or some basic item for them or their families, that would provide a slightly better quality of life compared to the other universal basic income peers. “The middle is collapsing… corner” Agreed. This is Late Stage Capitalism. “People are gambling, what else is left?” Well, idk what is left, or what will come after late stage capitalism, or if capitalism will morph into something else. But, minimize gambling and take it as the only alternative while knowing mathematically that the majority lose everything in this game is not the way to go.
