Joe Biden had no idea what he was signing.
Challenge EVERY bill and pardon he allegedly signed during his 4 years of occupying space at the White House.
@BreannaMorello Bring him on and interview him.
If he cannot explain the content of the things he signed then nullify them and send them to the current POTUS for signature.
Let me get this straight... SCOTUS made J6 patriots sit in prison for 3 years without due process, but President Trump can't deport violent gang members without proper notice.

@johnrackham82 US Constitution, 14th Amendment, Section 1 (in part); "nor shall any State deprive any PERSON of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any PERSON within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." What part of PERSON don't you understand?
The President of the United States has a constitutional duty to repel a foreign invasion.
Under Article II of the Constitution, he does not need any statutory authority to do this.
The traitors on the Supreme Court can suck it.

I feel bad for President Trump.
He’s just trying to save our county and these judges are insane.
We have major issues in our country.
65 million illegal aliens and SCOTUS doesn’t give a damn.

@DeVriesSteven@DefiyantlyFree They were interpreting anything.
They wrote an amendment 156 years ago to address the conditions they were facing back then.
Nobody was coming under visitor visas or sneaking illegaly to have anchor babies.
They were addressing the lack of status of the slave population.
Diplomats have children in the United States and they are not considered American citizens. Tourists have children in the United States and they are not considered American citizens. Explain to me why illegal aliens would be any different.
@GabyZighel@DefiyantlyFree Also strange that you are arguing that the people that wrote the Amendment incorrectly interpreted it.
Some sort of Bizarro World Originalism?
I don't think the Constitution needs to be amended. I think this is more about interpretation.
IMO "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means that a person must owe allegiance to the United States and be under its sovereign authority for birthright citizenship to apply.
An alien who's here under a visitor visa (in this case the mother), is primarily subject to the jurisdiction of their home country, not the US.
Coming to the US just to give birth and take advantage of a law that was meant to give nationality to slaves' descendants shouldn't be allowed since constitutes an unfair exploitation of the system.
@GabyZighel@DefiyantlyFree If you can arrest them, then they are definitely "subject to the jurisdiction thereof". Jurisdiction has nothing to do with allegiance.

The SCOTUS is costing taxpayers millions by keeping criminal illegals here and allowing them to mock our courts. They are NOT US citizens and should NOT have the same rights and privileges we do!

This should concern every US citizen. If illegals have the same rights as we do, why do we even have a border and border laws? Just because you are lucky not to get caught sneaking across the border does not mean you get the same rights as a US citizen.
@RobertKennedyJc Unless you hang out with people that often talk about killing people, it just means take something off the menu or kick someone out of a bar.
The former head of the FBI claims he didn’t understand what he was posting when he shared 86**
Hard to believe someone at that level doesn’t know the weight of his words.
Was this ignorance or arrogance?
What do you think, America?
MAHA
@DefiyantlyFree The "not subject to" clause is key.
Slaves were not citizens of another country. So they gained citizenship by birth.
Venezuelan citizens are subject to Venezuela. And their kids should not be citizens.
@GabyZighel@DefiyantlyFree It would take an Amendment to the Constitution. 66 Senate and 288 House votes and ratification by 38 States. Not going to happen.
