@WoodlandMamaVT @ImBreckWorsham There is no left or right. There's an elite ruling class, their job is to keep us divided into opposing groups with different goals. A divided people will conquer nothing.

After a 68% error rate with mail-in ballots was found in the Michigan 2020 election, a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Machines by election experts was performed, the results were released by a judge that read: "We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that the Dominion Voting System should NOT be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified."

Ilhan Omar said she became a naturalized citizen at 17 when her father was naturalized. But, Ilhan was 18. She changed her own birth certificate to make it appear that she was 17 when she was really 18. What more, DHS nor USCIS have any documentation showing where her father was naturalized, which means Ilhan was never naturalized. Get her the hell out of here!!

@theerubicon @hend_mana @Osint613 Iran is derived from the Old Persian term Aryānām which literally means "Land of the Aryans". The name change came in 1936, the Shah at the time had close ties to Hitler and was politically and culturally aligned to NS Germany. He abdicated to to his son during WW2 because of it.

Alex Rosen and his entire Predator Poacher operation are rapidly losing credibility as he continues to botch these ops and calls a man wearing an anime t-shirt of a "grown woman" a lolicon. Civilian videos can't be used as automatic grounds for arrest, and law enforcement organizations require their own verified investigation to ensure the 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments are followed. Otherwise, it would lead to constitutional rights violations. By making these videos 'public,' it leads to pre-trial publicity overload, and defense attorneys will capitalize on it... leading to cases where the 6th amendment rights are violated, where a media frenzy compromises the trial through jury contamination. Then he crashes out at the police, calling ORDER 66, and calling them "useless cowards". No police department wants to deal with that, and it's going to make future tips from Predator Poachers less welcome. Alex has done this before multiple times, such as with the Virginia Beach PD in 2025, crashing out and causing issues with the case. Maine State Police in 2024 also caused a media firestorm as the police didn't arrest the predator right on the spot.... or in Ohio 2024, allegedly calling the police "useless pedo protectors" after a man was allowed to walk free after allegedly admitting to having infant CSAM. The worst case was with Thomas Hibbard, who was arrested in 2023 for allegedly having over 1000 images and videos of CSAM. The judge suppressed all the evidence and dismissed the case in 2025 because it originated from a civilian decoy operation, invoking the "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine. Since the initial investigation was started from an unsanctioned decoy op, every evidence that stems from that becomes inadmissible... and is a core provision of the 4th amendment protection of unwarranted search and seizure. Overall, what Alex Rosen and Predator Poacher do is not helpful when it comes to catching and convicting these predators. If he actually cared about the victims, he would be using or working with organizations like Safe from Online Sex Abuse (SOSA) or Innocent Lives Foundation (ILF), which work quietly with law enforcement every step of the way. No public confrontation for clout, no "public" videos, no drama, and follow strict DA and law enforcement guidelines to catch these predators... and they have a near 100% conviction rate. Instead, the public videos poison the potential jury pool, and guidelines are ignored, leading to insinuation by the defense that illegal methods like entrapment and other tools were used to obtain the "evidence". What Predator Poachers are doing is clout/fame first, and not victim first. The self-reported impact that Predator Poachers claim is over 200+ convictions since 2019, and the public videos create a "deterrence" effect. But the reality is that prosecutors from many of these cases have either dropped or refused them due to evidentiary reasons... specifically because most of the information gained has the exact problem of "fruit of the poisonous tree". Some of the reviews of the cases show that only 30% allegedly led to a conviction. It also poses unnecessary risk to the victims, leads to problems of entrapment, chain of custody issues, destroyed evidence, tainted evidence, and ultimately burns bridges between them and the police, where in many cases, the predator ends up getting protected rather than the victims. Then there are the other alleged "skeletons" in the closet, which I won't go into right now, but if Alex really wanted to protect the victims, he would be using the same tactics that SOSA and ILF uses... no public confrontation, close cooperation with law enforcement, and procedures aligning with DA guidelines so that the constituion is not violated in the process of gathering evidence. Or else, I fear that Alex might end up getting into more legal trouble with various police departments as he continues to rack up alleged charges like harassment, trespassing, peace disturbance, etc.

In looking at the transcript of the Birthright Citizenship case oral argument, I noted something that I think is indicative of why Justice Jackson seems to be "wearing out her welcome" with other Justices. The CJ has brought a bit of structure to oral arguments -- at least to the beginning. The Attorney takes 60-120 seconds to give a "30,000 foot" overview of his client's position. The CJ then starts the questioning with Justice Thomas, and then goes in order of tenure on the Court. Twice in the Birthright Citizenship case Justice Jackson jumped in ahead of her turn, and stepped on the answers to questions that were posed by Justices on the Court longer than she has been. She first did it at page 23 of the transcript, while Gorsuch was in the middle of asking a question. He ignored her and kept asking his question. She then did it to Justice Barrett -- trying to jump in after Justice Gorsuch finished, when Justice Barrett was next. Justice Kavanaugh opted to not ask any questions in the first round. In fact, she did it twice to Barrett -- coming back and trying to interject a question again when Barrett was still asking questions during the first round. When she did it a 3rd time, Barrett just let her go. Her inability to control herself, and her seeming indifference to the protocol the others all respect are the kinds of little things that end up with you occupying the William O. Douglas seat on the Court.

The U.S. talks about free speech and democracy, yet punishes people for their opinions, especially when it challenges its foreign policy. Supporting Iran, criticizing America, or even expressing controversial views shouldn’t suddenly erase someone’s rights overnight. If “freedom” only applies when people agree with you, then it was never freedom to begin with.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan." This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

You guys understand we’re going to lose the birthright citizenship case, right? Before you completely freak out, the traditional understanding of the 14th Amendment, which we are seeking to change, is not an insane reading of it. Nor are our arguments insane like the left has been same. That’s baloney to just shut us up. Neither side is frivolous. It’s a tough call legally and objectively speaking. But when we lose it, and I think we will, don’t freak out that this is some sort of conspiracy. It’s a hard legal decision. Sadly, we have three judges who aren’t even going to try to examine the question and will always vote for what leftists want. But the rest of the court has to make a tough legal call. I think our reading is the correct one. For various reasons, I think they’re going to rule against us. Don’t freak out when they do. It’s not an utterly irrational ruling like so many of the district court opinions we’ve seen.

To be clear, this was a law that attempted to ban therapists from telling gender confused boys that they're actually boys, and girls that they're actually girls. It was literally a law prohibiting anyone in the therapy profession from verbally acknowledging biological reality to their clients. Easily one of the most psychotic pieces of legislation ever passed anywhere in the world at any time in history. The fact that Kentanji Jackson tried to uphold this law -- even as her fellow liberals broke ranks with her -- just proves again that she is the most unfit, unqualified, unhinged lunatic to ever hold a seat on the Supreme Court.

What a misleading headline from The Daily Mail. The ATF ran a tool mark analysis on a bullet jacket fragment recovered from Charlie's autopsy. The result was "inconclusive" — not "no match." The jacket was too fragmented to compare, which also partially explains the lack of an exit wound. The bullet shattered on impact. "Inconclusive" means insufficient evidence to draw any conclusion. It doesn't mean the bullet "did NOT match" the rifle like the headline says. The defense wants to use "inconclusive" as exculpatory evidence — but the prosecution wants to run chemical or molecular analysis comparing the jacket alloy to ammunition recovered with the gun. Unlike tool mark analysis, it doesn't require an intact bullet. The defense is trying to block that testing from happening. That's the nuance of the real story.

/me raises hand Hi, I have a stupid question. This is for OSINT nerds and attribution nerds. FBI Director Kash Patel used the email SpiderKash at Yahoo dot com. Someone found the username SpiderKash on XVideos (pornography website) and asserted because it has the same name as the Yahoo email then this XVideo profile was created by Kash Patel So... is using the same username actual attribution? I'm not trying to be rhetorical. I'm being completely serious. How can you assert with high confidence this is Kash Patel just because he had SpiderKash as his Yahoo email? It's speculative, it doesn't look good, but there is not solid conclusive evidence. Am I wrong? Or because of the perceived novelty of SpiderKash this is sufficient evidence?
