@synchrony I got a PayPal Cashback Mastercard and I was never given login information for your site to view my statements. Also, PayPal doesn't keep a log of my transactions and I need to see everything. Please help!!!!

@PayPal I'm getting collection calls while a refund (or I was told) will happen next billing cycle. This is frustrating. Not to mention the late fees because I'm not making payments on something being refunded. >:(

@eventticketsctr @AllianzTravelUS I will never be recommending these companies again as I shouldn't have ever been through so much trouble. I should not have to be responsible for what remains of this total fiasco. I candidly feel that I should receive the full amount back from this incident.

I’m still dealing with this issue at current date December 14, 2022 with only a partial resolution. I’m thoroughly displeased, disgusted, and honestly amazed at the lack of communication between everyone working at PayPal and Synchrony. Please read my story here.
