As for myself, flipping burgers starting Monday 9am. All jokes aside, I'm still tying up any loose ends for @Complexity for a few days (week?) but ultimately an organisation without a CS team doesn't require a CS GM. Complexity have always gone above and beyond and even further for me and I'll be forever grateful to have been here for 4 years. I'd have stayed without question if it made any sense for them but it simply doesn't. So I'm essentially on the market for a new role immediately. I'm definitely not locked to CS, my decades(actual, not grifter) experience on both sides of the TO and Org fence of the ecosystem give me a pretty unique skill and experience set. So if you're a team, a TO or something... adjacent🙄, and need someone to run through brick walls day after day, I just might be your guy.

I'm LFT for 2025, primarily interested in HC/Head of LoL. Over the last two years, I've worked with 40 coaches from all competition levels; from G2 to those just starting out. It refined my thinking on how to maximise impact as a coach in esports. I have seen behind the scenes of the most dominant Western esports teams, G2 LEC and Astralis/Vitality CSGO, and I’ve dived deeper into sport and coaching theory. With this knowledge, I'm in a better place than ever to build a long-term project. 🧵

While it is nice to see people being held accountable for their decision to work with the SPIF on the Esports World Cup, I don't quite understand why only now people have an issue with this. SPIF own ESL / Faceit and Esports Engine but no one seems to say anything about that.

Some companies have received zero communications or payments from Supernova. They aren't big companies but they are run by people that rely on this income twice a year to sustain staff and keeping the company afloat. You can probably guess I work for one of them. [1/2]
