Just travelled with Air India from bhopal to Kolkata and my check-in luggage trolley chain broke and the lock was also missing!Given the price of the fare the service is really disappointing! Never flying with @airindia again! Worst service!!

@airindia Your baggage service staff informed me to mail only after repeatedly asking for registering complain against the same. If passengers are not informed correctly from ground staff at the airport how can they know what to do !!

It seems now that people with fancy suits and fancy positions talk big and take sophisticated decisions.
According to continuous rise in semester fees and living costs fellowships must be raised and that seems not at all basic necessities to support these days!
