When I worked for Obama, I advised him on how to talk to Russian leaders. I never gave the Kremlin advice on how to talk to Obama (and I talked to Ushakov many times!).

🟥 Trump refused to attend the G20 Summit because it was being hosted by an African Country and he couldn't stomach the idea of an African President hosting a summit that he would be attending, and possibly upstaging him. Resultantly, this G20 summit turned out to be one of the most successful, productive and tranquil Global Leader's Event, since Trump took office! 🙂✅ Everyone noticed the absence of tension and chaos that always follows wherever orange goes. Leaders were relaxed and held productive, unifying and OPEN talks. 👌🏼 Prime Minister Mark Carney was star of the show. ✨ His steady leadership, deep experience and wise counsel was heavily sought after. Trump, Hegseth, and Republicans think their meltdown shows strength, but it’s the opposite. They’re showcasing decorated Democratic veterans like Mark Kelly who make them look small and petty. They should pay more attention to lowering grocery prices than ridiculous threats of court-martialing.

Last night, the FBI's Counterterrorism Division appeared to open an inquiry into me in response to a video President Trump did not like. The President directing the FBI to target us is exactly why we made this video in the first place. He believes in weaponizing the federal government against his perceived enemies and does not believe laws apply to him or his Cabinet. He uses legal harassment as an intimidation tactic to scare people out of speaking up. This isn’t just about a video. This is not the America I know, and I’m not going to let this next step from the FBI stop me from speaking up for my country and our Constitution.
