Spencer Pratt exposes 60% of the homeless in Los Angeles HAVE BEEN BUSSED IN FROM OUT OF STATE
“Let me explain something. These 40,000 people, 60% of them, CityWatch just announced this week, are not from Los Angeles. They're not from California. These people have been bussed in by scam rehabs, scam NGOs, scam homeless nonprofits.
These people, when I unplug them and say, we're not taking our tax money anymore, they're all going to Seattle where the mayor will welcome them.

This is real and I’ve went over this before, the organizations who do this are called “Body Brokers”
“Body brokering” or patient brokering refers to recruiters who target homeless people with addiction and mental health issues for placement in treatment facilities or sober living homes
The Brokers get paid kickbacks, sometimes thousands of dollars per person by providers who then bill insurance, Medicaid, or government programs
Recruiters using vans, flights, and busses offer “free” transport, housing, or perks to get people into facilities in high-reimbursement states like California. This has been documented in Southern California
This is a business. The homeless industrial complex is a business and they’re making billions off these people
This is why the homeless problem has exploded in America
People involved should go to jail
