@Hermesparcels how can I speak to a real person your customer service link telling me there’s a delay when I paid for next day delivery on 21st September isn’t really helping!!!
Is there any way to get in contact with @ParcelHero because shocking customer service online. Paid for next day delivery on 21st September and still not arrived - told next day delivery is not guaranteed although that’s what you’re advertising!!!!

@nectar I have spent two hours trying to contact you via chat after being disconnected on numerous occasions after starting at over 200 in the queue finally got through only for your agent to then disconnect - who can help me???
@Ryanair if I am not using flights (was travelling from Birmingham to Dublin and then travelling to Rome) because the Italy part of my trip has been cancelled is there anything I can do? Paid extra £192 recently for priority boarding/seats can this be refunded if flight not used
@AerLingus sent a message last week via your website but no reply. Have now read you’ve cancelled all flights to Rome but I’ve had no confirmation if this. Just now received an email asking me to check in for my flight on Friday?????
@Ryanair i have a trip to Rome booked and was flying to Dublin tomorrow and had then booked flights from Dublin to Rome. The Rome flights have obviously now been cancelled is there anything I can do about the flights to Dublin?
@bt_uk what is the point of having online chat when they can’t answer your query so just disconnect the chat!! Trying to switch to BT but now having second thoughts @BTCare
