@BeckettUnite Just booked a return ticket for a day at work in August, Sunderland to Newcastle, £240.

Germans have just been offered a £23 90 day train ticket. This enables them to travel on all local & regional trains as well as buses and metro. Unlimited. Meanwhile it will cost you £160 quid return to go from Newcastle to London. We’re being ripped off.
