Last nights @BBCWatchdog was a good watch, highlighting the incompetence of #britishgas but still failed to address the unqualified engineers sent to work on gas appliances, the 3rd party parts which invalidate manufacturer warranties, some of which deem BG parts as at risk

@YvonneBurdett3 @BritishGas I've had Homecare agreement with @BritishGas for 11 years, now costing £31 a month. Contacted them mid Jan, no heating or hot water, they offered to do repair 28th Feb. I have serious health conditions and had to pay a local guy to come and fix things. Absolutely useless shower!
