NEW: The FBI says the suspect who deployed an incendiary device outside a federal building in New York City has been taken into custody.
The suspect poured an unknown liquid on the ground, placed fireworks on top of it and ignited them, causing a small fire, according to the FBI.
The suspect was also armed with a pellet gun. Two people — a federal employee and a civilian — suffered minor injuries and were treated and released.

@AttyAbdul I would abolish all current taxes and replace them with a sales tax, federal and state. No exemptions, no loopholes. If people want a tax rebate to cover the cost of poverty level income, I think that's OK.
