Why is it only with Quebec students. We also paid huge amount of fee.

First promised made in December2020 and then for 15 may 2021 you will get your results by 6 august. Now they don’t have any guarantee for results will be processed or not.@CitImmCanada

(1/2) IRCC cannot guarantee that students will receive a final decision on their application before the fall 2021 semester begins. Students who do not receive their study permit approval before the fall semester will be able to start their classes online outside Canada.
