@Pepperfry is cancellation policy feels like a trap 😄 You place the order first, then find out that cancelling it will cost you 2.5%. So either keep the order… or pay the penalty. Great way to force customers into purchases 👍

@Pepperfry Very disappointing service. I mistakenly raised cancellation request on same day of purchase but immediately emailed to STOP cancellation with Order ID & mobile number. Still order got cancelled without consent and ₹440 deducted unfairly from ₹17,599 refund.

@pepperfry Order something on Pepperfry, change your mind after a few minutes… and boom cancellation charges. The best part? Most people won’t even notice the policy properly before ordering. Once the order is placed, you either accept the product or lose money cancelling it

@Pepperfry policy is wild 😄 Place an order instantly confirmed Cancel it after that pay 2.5% cancellation charges. Feels less like furniture shopping and more like an exit load on a mutual fund.

@pepperfry Online shopping these days is funny 😅 You place an order, change your mind within minutes… and still get charged for cancelling it. Pepperfry really turned cancellation into a premium feature.

@Pepperfry Your escalation team says 2.5% cancellation charge applies because the order was confirmed. But every order gets confirmed immediately after payment that doesn’t mean actual processing or delivery started.

@Pepperfry Still no proper resolution from your side. Very poor customer service experience. ₹440 deducted unfairly even though cancellation happened on the same day and no delivery/service was provided. Customers expect support, not harassment and unnecessary deductions.

@Pepperfry It has been more than 24 hours and still no proper response from your support team. I shop regularly from Amazon & Flipkart and never faced such unfair cancellation charges. Here, even after SAME DAY cancellation, ₹440 was deducted from my ₹17,599 payment.
