@sarobertsonca The problem is that Carney is not building anything. Speeches are good, but the amount of resources we have ,we should be richest country on the earth. But all our politicians talk about os climate and net zero. Rest of the world, dont care about carbon capture.

@DavidColetto No surprise, our media literally does not ask any question or pushback to Carney. Media job is to hold government accountable in healthy democracy, but our media scrutinize opposition leader for everything and give a pass to government.

What makes @PierrePoilievre 's fabrication that Brookfield is "Carney’s company," striking is that even much of his own grifting low IQ influencer ecosystem hasn’t stooped this far into myth making. This is not the old Poilievre, the one who used to anchor his attacks in facts. What’s equally remarkable is that journalist @ReneeRodgersCTV offered virtually no pushback. No serious follow-up, no challenge, but she offers us a smile.

I am 100% behind Devin Booker here. Last night was not a good look for our league. Let me be clear, we didn’t lose because of officiating, but that doesn’t make last night any less important. If the referees are going to demand respect from the players - as they should - then the players should demand respect from the referees. When a referee is missing calls and clearly disrespecting the players, almost mocking them, they must be held accountable. Nobody who loves this game enjoyed watching that last night. They want to see the players compete at the highest level. The league needs be far more aggressive about this kind of thing. All players and all fans deserve it.

explain to me like I’m five how the Clippers could potentially skate with no consequences but Kawhi’s contract could be invalidated with additional punishment like suspension or fines… the whole issue is about cap circumvention so no way the franchise isn’t at all culpable.
