AI-YYO SORRY! NO CASES SAYS HC After much ‘thought and deliberation’, - the Telangana government decided to file cases on everyone who shared AI generated images and pictures in the #SAVEHCU Kancha Gachibowli protests. After carefully planting PR stories to push the ‘everything is fake’ narrative - the Telangana Congress government decided to approach the Honourable High Court by filing a petition requesting to prosecute a lot of thought leaders - right from @dhruv_rathee to @deespeak to @TheJohnAbraham, @TandonRaveena, union minister @kishanreddybjp former ministers @KTRBRS @jagadishBRS and many others. Senior advocate Menaka Guruswamy was brought in to represent the state government's forest department. She expressed concerns that the case is being misused to spread fake news, potentially harming social harmony using AI! BUT the honourable high court refused to entertain the petition. The court orally said - you are not the petitioner. Respond to the case by filing a counter when asked. The court clearly wants to stick to the mindless bulldozing of the eco-sensitive Kancha Gachibowli forest. There are three PILs in the Telangana High Court & the honourable Supreme Court also took up the case suo motto. Usage of AI generated images cannot be used to water-down or divert the larger issue! I hope the Telangana Congress government learns to apologise & step back. 🚨 Trigger warning: Today, I had gone for a morning jog in a government garden in Kandivali. There were RSS people doing prayers. I was asked to not jog in a GOVERNMENT ground. I didn't acknowledge and continued my jog. 4-5 people came behind me with sticks and tried beating me. When I stopped not a single person had the guts to actually beat me. I was asked my name and when I told them my name their response was "ye to apne hi log hai inko nahi marna. Muslim hote to abhi maar dete" The kind of hate this country is seeing is unimaginable. Firstly, I was running on my own. I wasn't disturbing any of them. It was a government ground, which is free for all. And thirdly, just my name saved me today. Below are photos of some of these RSS people who were praying. I was not even running close to them. This needs to stop.
