Trump said a lot of things, some of it might be seen as inciting, and some not. many politicians say 'fight like hell' or it's equivalent, and none are charged with inciting anything. Trump also said to march peacefully at the end of the speech. i think for him to be declared as inciting a insurrection, he would have to have said to "go into the capitol" like Ray Epps did. The only death was the murder of a Trump supporter by the police. And maybe another one in the Tunnels. None of the police deaths were related to the event. suicide or heart attacks don't count.

Well, there was no insurrection at the capital. If you’re gonna say there was answer these next questions. How many people were taken hostage? What were the list of demands to release the hostages unharm and return control of the bill to authorities? ? Were any of the hostages killed? What ransom was offered in payment to release the hostages unharm and to leave the building quietly and untouched? How many people were armed with weapons, keeping the authorities at bay with? No one is going to be able to answer these questions because an insurrection never took place.
