Bringing three decades of extensive experience in defence financial management & public service, Shri Anugraha Narayana Das, a 1991-batch officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), has assumed charge as the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) on May 01, 2026

The MoU sets the foundation for exploring applications of #AI, data analytics & related emerging technologies in defence financial management, audit & accounting operations of the Defence Accounts Department. (2/2)

The result for the Departmental Examination for promotion of Graduate Clerk to the Auditor Grade held on 08th April, 2026 has been formally released. Ms Tania Banerjee from CDA, Jabalpur topped the exam. Congratulations to all candidates who successfully cleared this milestone.

Senior officers & sportspersons across the department discussed welfare, training & increased participation across sports events. It was decided to provide a fresh impetus to sports in the Defence Accounts Department by giving more performance incentives to sportspersons. (2/2)

"𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠" National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (#MoU) with Army Training Command, #ARTRAC on 13 Feb 2026 for institutionalised collaboration between the Army and Defence Accounts. The MoU was signed in the presence of the Director, NADFM- National Academy of Defence Financial Management.
