@1976vintage It appears that many establishments have thought that they can disregard H&S legislation in this pandemic. Not realising it is law.

It is with great sadness that Mr Mitchell was sacked this week. In the final stages of an appeal the Governors cancelled one hearing as a panel member was ill. Then for the next hearing Mr Mitchell was ill but they continued without him and sacked him later that day 😢
