I stood on the steps of the Supreme Court Monday . Donald Trump has done real things for MAHA. I believe that. But when the Department of Justice shows up to defend Bayer and Monsanto against the American people, against the health of our children, I have to say: you got this one wrong. Liability protection for corporations that poison people is not a conservative value. It is not a Republican value. It is not a Democratic value. It is not an American value. It is the opposite of a free market. It is the government putting its thumb on the scale for corporations that are losing in court because their products are causing cancer. Every child in this country deserves to be healthy. That is not a political statement. That is the only statement that matters. So in the words of the President himself: we are going to fight, fight.

I'm getting two vaccines next week: Tdap and shingles. The Tdap because Kate's family has a newborn and we're visiting. Shingles for the potential longevity benefits. Data we're looking at: 1. Lower Alzheimer risk with vaccination in 1.6 million people, 8 year follow up, age 65+ + Tdap/Td: 30% lower relative risk + Shingles: 25% lower + Pneumococcal: 27% lower 2. Slower biological aging from shingles vaccination in 3,884 people, age 70+ Modest but significant improvements in inflammation, epigenetic and transcriptomic aging, and composite biological age. Molecular signals strongest within 3 years; inflammation benefits emerged later. 3. Better outcomes after breakthrough shingles in 38,092 people, age 50+, median 3.6y follow up In adults who developed shingles, prior vaccination was linked to: + 41% lower all-cause mortality + 21% lower MACE (MI, stroke, PE, sudden cardiac death) + 16% lower dementia risk Note: all three studies are observational. They show association, not causation. A randomized controlled trial on longevity outcomes is not feasible here as you can't randomize people to skip vaccines for years. The signal is consistent across independent large cohorts, which strengthens confidence, but the possibility of healthy vaccine bias exists in all three. People who stay current on vaccines tend to have better health behaviors overall. I find the mechanistic case for shingles specifically compelling. VZV reactivation drives neuro inflammation, and vaccination appears to blunt that cascade which is why we weight this evidence more heavily than the numbers alone.

These are not anecdotes from the fringes. These are people who volunteered their bodies for the trials that authorized these products, who were acknowledged as vaccine-injured by FDA officials, and who were then abandoned by the companies, the agencies, and the public health apparatus that should have stood behind them. By now, you guys have all seen the Brady Bunch episode where they all got the measles (complete with a laugh track) Now I get to watch every measles story blame anyone and everyone but the vaccine program itself. The program failed. Baby boomers had real measles, built real lifetime immunity, and they were the last genuine foundation of herd immunity this country ever had. They are aging out. What replaces them is a generation that got a shot that was never going to do what natural immunity does, that wanes, that requires boosters, that has been given to hundreds of millions of people while the virus keeps running the same cycles it always ran. Fifty years. The promise was eradication. The disease is still here. The shot doesn't last, and the people whose immunity actually lasted are leaving, and there is no honest accounting anywhere in mainstream media for what that means. So, blame the unvaccinated. Blame me. Blame Bobby. But you should really be blaming a useless vaccine that does nothing they said it would and everything they said it wouldn't.

Something happened in a Massachusetts federal courtroom that I can't stop thinking about, even now, even knowing what ICAN was able to do after, even knowing the charter got amended and we moved the ball. I can't just let it go. Think about this: The American Academy of Pediatrics sued Robert Kennedy Jr. and HHS. And what they were suing over, the thing they argued constituted harm, was the possibility that doctors might get to have a conversation with their patients about vaccines. That's what they wanted stopped. Shared decision-making. The radical idea that a pediatrician and a parent might sit down together and talk about what's right for that specific child. Now, the AAP takes money from pharmaceutical companies. That's documented. So when they go to federal court to protect the full 54-vaccine mandate, you have to ask who they're really representing in that room. It is not the pediatricians. It is not the children. The judge agreed with them. And then he went further, declaring that Kennedy's advisory committee was flawed, specifically because it didn't have enough members with financial ties to the vaccine industry. He said, in effect, that the people who profit from the schedule have a right to vote on the schedule. An activist judge handed pharma a structural guarantee, a legal argument that you cannot reform the advisory process without their seat at the table. We got the charter amended, and that matters. But what was said out loud in that courtroom, I don't think we should forget what that judge was willing to put his name on.

Under the greatest propaganda machine in human history, an international attack by every government in the world, the WHO, the WEF, the UN, all of them in lockstep with a 24-hour news cycle pounding you every single day, 30% of the world still said oh hell no. Think about what that means. Under that kind of pressure, with your job on the line, with your ability to provide for your family on the line, 30% of people around the world held the line. In England, experts told me 30% denied receiving a single COVID vaccine. Someone from Denmark said the same. Someone from Finland. America is right about the same. I was just in Europe weeks ago and that number kept coming up everywhere I went. That is a rebellion army. That is an international movement that already knows the truth. 30% changes governments. And then think about the 70% who did get that vaccine. How many of them actually wanted it? How many got it under duress because they had no other choice? I think there is at least another 20% in there who know they were lied to and are just waiting for permission to say it out loud. I think at least half the world knows. We have got to start speaking loudly, every one of us, and speaking proudly, because if we don't we are going to lose free speech and we are going to lose this movement, and this movement can make change not just in America but around the world.
