I just checked in to @DellaResorts. We are staying here for 2 nights and the reason why we came here is because they offer multiple things and we paid a premium price for this. However, upon check in, they just told us how we have to pay for every single thing!!! Thread 🧵

@DellaResorts For the last 2 days, I've not been able to sleep because the AC isn't working at Della Adventure Park. I'm here for 2 more days and have no idea what will happen to me. Sorry to say, this is a bad experience. This place is not for family people be careful.

@DellaResorts We were scammed by your staff during our stay on 20-21st August. This was our 3rd stay in your property. We were falsely accused of damaging a sofa for which we were charged 11.8k. Your duty manager Mr Tejas was was very rude and dismissive.

@DellaResorts - never check in during monsoons. No umbrellas provided. Carts cant reach many rooms so.please soak in rain even if you want to go to the resturant wifi yes paid wifi is horrible. So all you can do is watch TV in room. No need to pay 15K per night for that.
