Honestly, it’s been just a couple of hours at this property but I already feel like leaving. @DellaResorts you should write it in bold on your website that people should he ready to either get robbed or feel like they are trapping in a jail.

I just checked in to @DellaResorts. We are staying here for 2 nights and the reason why we came here is because they offer multiple things and we paid a premium price for this. However, upon check in, they just told us how we have to pay for every single thing!!! Thread 🧵

Then I thought ok it’s policy but then we went to play table tennis, carrom and other games for which also they want us to purchase the day pass. This is absolutely ridiculous. They position them as a 5 star but operate like a cheap budget airlines where guests pay for everything

They told us that there is a day pass for the activities. That makes sense but we asked if we can use the pass throughout our stay so we can enjoy the activities and the property. However, these money grabbing cunts want us to pay for every single day. @DellaResorts

So I was trying to book a hotel through @flyingblue points. Every time I selected the same hotel, it kept on increasing points. These websites now openly scam people. We got a price of 77,000 points and in less than a minute it went up to 200,000 points. This is hilarious 😂

When I realised this happened, I called @bookingcom and they said they’ve done this through a partner so they have no control and I need to speak with the hotel. When I call the hotel, they say I need to speak to booking.com. This is horrible & all my money is stuck

Please refrain from booking via @bookingcom. I made a booking to a hotel in Paris which was had the “Pay at the Property” service along with free cancellation. Suddenly after the booking I was charged for the whole reservation and it’s a non-refundable booking. Thread 🧵
