Tuvimos una llamada muy cordial con el presidente electo Donald Trump en la que hablamos de la buena relación que habrá entre México y Estados Unidos.

Su servicio al cliente es pesimo. Recien me cambien a samsung y tuve un problema con mi equipo. Su soporte L1 no tienen la capacidad para resolver problemas, tuve que marcar alrededor de 20 veces porque te redireccionan a otro departamento si no hay agentes disponibles. Pura perdida de tiempo, hastsa que logre escalarlo a atencion especializada se me dio respuesta.
