@funder Because Trump used "Acting" cabinet members they may not be enough to make the 25th Amendment usable. As "Acting" cabinet members don't count relevant to the 25th Amendment. This would require the VP and 8 confirmed by the Senate Secretaries and I don't see them doing that.

The 25th Amendment exists for today.
