It’s not that some ppl may just need 3 hours but it seems odd that there’s an oversupply of those customers in this totally real woman’s area.

@ChAsEdxPaPeR @indexnforgetit Depends on the building. I’m currently restoring a 1909 Edwardian & both outside & in require lots of prepping, rot removal, patching, scraping, sanding, carpententry, joinery, detail, etc

@indexnforgetit Must be some hillbilly finishes inside. 😜 I painted outside myself. Much easier. Inside takes substantial detail and patience and hand technique. Outside is a simple airless machine, tape up what you don’t want touched, and spray away. Can’t do that inside.

My hillbilly hot take is paying someone $11,000 to paint your house is possibly the biggest waste of money Unless you're making over $572,000/yr it would make more sense to take a week off work and do it yourself Painting is not hard and takes almost zero skill

@indexnforgetit 1. You don’t have to take a week off, just go room by room on weekends at whatever pace makes sense 2. Exterior painting is gonna be a lot more difficult to DIY if you have a 2+ story house. You will need scaffolding to start with. Hope it doesn’t rain. 3. Get familiar with bondo

@DemogenesA @crewedave1 @isaac_saas You’ve missed my point. I wasn’t advocating for child free flights ..I was saying for the vast majority of babies ..flying is ‘too much’ and this generally why they wail throughout it.

@crewedave1 @isaac_saas As a parent, I agree. Babies and young kids can’t handle the stress of flying ..some adults can’t even hold it together! ..choosing to take your kids abroad on holiday, particularly on flights over an hour or two in duration is just selfish.

It was common practice in the 1970’s, 80’s and even the early 90’s to wash your windshield when you stopped for gas every week. Bugs galore covered the windshield and front grill on your vehicle. That’s not the case anymore. It’s like the bugs have simply disappeared. No bees, no gnats, no flys or moths. Our skies are being poisoned and killing off the insects. When was the last time you saw snail trails going across the concrete walkway after a heavy rain? When was the last time you saw earthworms wiggling across your driveway after a nice rainstorm? Our skies are being poisoned and contaminating the earths soil and killing them. Eczema and psoriasis are also becoming the norm.
