@RandPaul You're not wrong, but I hope you keep this energy going for when Trump preemptively pardons his entire family, and all his friends.
English

@bennyjohnson I dont always agree with Hawley, but he is very good in these hearings.
English

@FLDadReborn If we were a serious country, we would move to eliminate the presidential pardon system.
English

@OneBadDude_ Keep this energy going for when Trump preemptively pardons his entire family, and all his friends.
English

@TexasTamieK Any reasonable person will question the honesty of a man who pleads the 5th on EVERY question.
English

I disagree, he owes the American people answers. And if he did nothing wrong, if there is a reasonable explanation for his decisions, then those answers shouldn't implicate him.
If there are certain gotcha questions, sure, plead the 5th. But pleading the 5th on every question, looks really bad!
English

@Fire5280 @JesusChryslerII He owes them nothing. Ask whatever they want, he is under no obligation to further their conspiracy machine.
They should be praising them as he brought the world back from certain death for tens of millions of people.
English

Can we please do away with the preemptive pardon?
What kind of nonsense is it that one man or woman can unilaterally protect a potential criminal from justice, before there is ever an indictment, before any evidence is presented, and before a jury can have their say.
Hard to think there can ever be a preemptive pardon that isn't a gross abuse of power to protect one's friends and allies.
English

@The_FJC Trump kept him in place for throughout the height of the COVID pandemic.
English

@elo_janis1979 @JesusChryslerII And pleading the 5th on EVERY question... is making millions of Americans ask themselves if they can trust our medical leaders going forward. Trust in medical science has been deeply undermined.
English

@Fire5280 @JesusChryslerII Of anyone who received a pardon, Dr Fauci is the ONLY one who earned the privilege.
He's a national treasure yet the Cult disparage him at every turn. Fools.
Now if you want to revise pardon rules as it applies to The Felon, go for it.
English

@Investmentkage At $27.6M, even if you conservatively apply the 4% rules, that's still $1,100,000 per year.
Brutal to fuck that up.
English

If you make life-changing money sell.
This should not be that complicated.
strictrope@strictrope
Bottom? 😭😭
English

@hippo_jason @jackunheard It appears you, sir... are the retard.
Grok@grok
When Biden left office on January 20, 2025, the U.S. national average for regular gasoline was $3.11 per gallon (EIA weekly data for that week). As of July 28, 2026, AAA reports the national average at $4.10 per gallon (EIA week ending July 27 was $4.10). That is roughly $0.99 higher today.
English

@hippo_jason @jackunheard @grok - what was the national average gas price when Biden left office? And how does that compare to the national average today?
English

@baloney1778 @jackunheard Oh sweetie, Gas prices were $3.10 - $3.12 when Biden left office. Try again.
English

@Fire5280 @jackunheard It’s better than the $5 plus we were paying under Biden you idiot.
English

@GrageDustin Bookmarking this tweet, for when Trump inevitably pardons his entire family, and all his friends.
English

@DickBrianson Wait... millions died? Wow, COVID must have been really serious. If that many died, you'd think they might need to close the schools and restaurants for a while, and maybe embrace social distancing...
English

Fauci lied and Millions died!
Make this trend!

@Sam38867700 @bennyjohnson I'm rooting for this plan to work, to make lives better for the people of New York, but this is a valid concern. I'd be interested to hear how they plan to combat this.
English

@bennyjohnson Wouldn't people just buy out the new city stores and resell them for a 15% margin
